Vietnam Railways Corporation put into operation a new train waiting room as well as a location for Hoa Xa coffee service, check-in train station at Long Bien station (Hoan Kiem district). This used to be a level 4 building, 80 m2 wide, located opposite the inside of the station, renovated and repaired, to serve passengers.
At the location adjacent to the café and the railway, the Hanoi Railway Operation Branch (Long Bien Station Management Unit) installed a fence and arranged security guards to remind tourists of safety regulations. Security guards only open the station area when it is time for the train to pick up passengers.
The café is a train lounge, supporting and serving train passengers. Guests can come here to rest, relax and check-in at the permitted locations according to the instructions of the station staff without using any services. The café is designed with wide glass doors, in the style of Old France. Guests wait for the train, check-in and sit and drink water to watch Long Bien Bridge and the train runs according to the time frames of the day.
The shop sells souvenirs for train passengers and visitors to Long Bien station.
Hoa Xa Coffee is only about 2 meters from the train line, creating conditions for guests to watch the trains entering and exiting the station at a close distance but still safely. In addition, there is an outdoor space, which is the most favorite place for customers to take pictures of the train. The most beautiful moment is when the train goes from Long Bien Bridge slowly into the station.
The special feature of this café is that you can feel the historical and cultural atmosphere of Hanoi. Watching Long Bien Bridge and enjoying coffee here brings a unique experience and creates memorable memories.
