All day Coffe's menu has 33 drinks such as coffee, tea, smoothies, juices. The shop has an enclosed space, using air conditioning, with two floors, each floor is about 100 m2, designed in the style of classic European architecture.
They use a variety of coffee beans such as arabica and robusta. Coffee beans are divided into batches of 3 kg, roasted directly at the shop to ensure always fresh. After roasting, coffee is finely ground into powder. Lam Dong robusta coffee is used to prepare egg coffee with a filter, with lined paper to filter residue. Baristas need to be technical in how to pour and adjust the speed at which water is poured into the filter to create a chocolate-like bitter coffee, with a rich wine aroma and aftertaste.
The finished coffee is put into a thick-walled egg-shaped porcelain cup to retain heat, ensuring the drink remains hot when served. The egg yolks are finely beaten and then poured on top to finish.
At a glance, only a velvety foam is visible on top, almost overflowing the mouth of a cup with a capacity of 200 ml. The egg foam is moderately sweet, with a greasy taste of the yolk. When tasting the coffee, the first taste felt is sour, then acrid and bitter slightly lingering in the throat, gradually turning into sweet, with the aroma of coffee in the oral cavity.
But when drinking coffee and egg foam at the same time, the sweetness, fatness neutralizes the sour taste and slight bitterness. None of them taste too harsh or too bland, even first-time coffee drinkers can easily enjoy it. A cup of egg coffee costs 69,000 VND, excluding tax.
In addition to egg coffee, the shop also has about 25 dishes for breakfast, main meal, side dishes and pastries, the price ranges from 50,000 - 200,000 VND. Besides, they also sell souvenir products such as porcelain cups, cloth bags, travel items.
