Duong's Restaurant
Nestled in a narrow street northwest of the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, Duong Restaurant is within a 5-minute walk of Hanoi's historic St. Joseph's Church. This Vietnamese restaurant is opened and managed by Hoang Duong, one of Vietnam's Top Chefs in 2014.
Stemming from a passion for food inspired by his father – who Duong considers a "master in the kitchen", he grew up with the motto of using only fresh ingredients for cooking. After participating in the Top Chef Vietnam contest, Duong turned his passion for cooking to a solo project to open his own restaurant.
Duong's has two campuses, both located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, one in Ngo Huyen and the other in Ma May. Although the area of the restaurant is modest, the space is still airy and cozy with wooden furniture and soft lighting.
The restaurant offers a unique combination of tradition and modernity in each dish. The à la carte menu is diverse with Vietnamese dishes presented extremely creatively.
