We had heard a lot about the beaches in Phu Quoc and this is the best one we have visited. We had been to Sai beach a couple of days earlier and while it’s a nicer setting it’s also chock full of tourists and rubbish. Vung Bai beach is about 3km down an unsealed and bumpy road. It’s quiet and clean and has one restaurant on the beach. We had lunch there and it was excellent. Also, you feel more relaxed due to the lack of crowds. The sea was beautiful to swim in. We went as part of a day trip and would definitely go back

Went their and if had garbage all over.I actually spent four days taking all the liter off the beach. This beach is now clean. There really are few people that visit the beach. The locals seem to bisit it about 3 o clock. If you want peace this is your place. You can be all natural with nature and there won t any body to see you and your partner.Hoing to the right of the beach and walk about ten minutes and the beach will be all yours. However,if you go bring your own drinks and food. There is really nothing around.Make sure you bring your trash back with you.
