Having been to Sao beach we weren’t sure we’d find another as nice. However this beach offers a bit of variety. The rock pools give something else to look at, the water is clear and nice to swim in. The cafe on the beach is cheap and the food is good and unlike Sao beach we weren’t charges for the beach beds.

We arrived around 10am in the morning and we had the beach all by ourselves. A bit of bumpy roads but least of an issue compared to nusa penida. Wear a mask and don’t wear white! You will thank me for that later. Bike parking is free. Beach is about 100-200m walk from there. It’s truly a hidden gem with clear water and peaceful surroundings. Do bring your own drinks and food as there isn’t any stall around. Please keep this beautiful beach clean! We left about 12pm and saw a lot of locals coming in for lunch break.
