Chúng tôi chọn Huế để có một chuyến du lịch ngắn ngày trong dịp sinh nhật. Sau một hồi tham khảo thì quyết định chọn khách sạn Top 1 của Huế để ở. Chúng tôi ở 2 ngày và biết vì sao nó là ks được bình chọn là top 1 của Huế mặc dù nó không quá to. Chúng tôi được tặng một bánh sinh nhật và trang trí phòng khá đẹp, ngoài ra còn được set up trái cây free mỗi ngày. Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng đc thiết kế rất đẹp và ấm cúng. Điểm trừ duy nhất đó là bồn cầu không có vòi xịt hơi bất tiện. Với giá tiền như vậy để đổi 1 dịch vụ gần với ks 4 sao thì rất đáng để ở!

We stayed 2 nights here in the Passion category. They accommodated early check-in which was very nice - we were on the 6th floor. Our room was very humid and there was mould on the ceiling so we asked to be moved and we went down to the 4th floor and the room was much better for us.
I m not sure about the Scarlett concept, it seems a little outdated and there is oversized furniture in the rooms, which doesn t add any value. I kept thinking about the Scarlet pimpernel being a Brit with a warped sense of humour.
Staff are very attentive and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel is hidden behind the main street and we had a good night s sleep here without disturbances.
Breakfast - you fill out your requirements the day before - the baguette bread was very nice.
