Tôi đến lần đầu vào tháng 6/2020, đã ở nhiều khách sạn nhưng rất ấn tượng với Odys Boutique Hotel. Là một khách sạn trung tâm Quận 1 tại HCMC nhưng phòng rất rộng và đầy đủ tiện nghi, ấm cúng. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và đồ ăn thì khá ngon với chi phí hợp lý. Bên cạnh Odys Boutique Hotel là Circle K, cũng rất tiện để mua thêm những đồ cá nhân khi cần thiết. Odys cũng gần Chợ Bến Thành và thuận tiện trong việc di chuyển tới các khu Trung tâm Thương mại và Công việc của tôi.
Tôi đã quay lại vào tháng 8/2020 và Odys sẽ là lựa chọn của tôi tại HCMC trong những chuyến đi tới.

Fine hotel, room was small had no windows, and overall the cleanliness could have been better. Staff were very helpful i must stay. The only thing the hotel needs to focus on is the following: Afternoon Tea, what you see in the marketing is the exact opposite of what we received. If you are offering Afternoon Tea then please make sure it is a pleasant experience, for us it was not what we were expecting and we took time to plan our day around this as not to miss out, it was well below par on our visit. Breakfast offering was good but could be great but the staff need to be able to recognize where they can improve. I would also suggest to all staff members that employee/ guest interactions would improve the overall hospitality experience for the guest. There is ample opportunities for this to happen. Location/ Staff/ and Front of House all amazing, along with the freshly made omelettes. This hotel is great value, just needs some tweaking to make it stand out from the rest like the owners motorcycle @ the entrance 😎
