Đoàn mình đến Qui Nhơn vào mùa thấp điểm nên không quá đông khách, đổi lại được phục vụ rất tận tình. Phòng đẹp, chất lượng, tiện nghi đầy đủ, công tác phục vụ cho đoàn khá là chu đáo. Nhân viên thân thiện, luôn hỗ trợ khách kịp thời, ấn tượng nhất là chị Diệu.

A few ideas for improvements:
*Add a few more nights for the buffet.
* A Kärcher to clean the seats and chairs in restaurant and pool cushions.
* Inform room cleaners to not take towels that are hanging each day.
