Combined by chef Bao La (formerly head chef at Le Garcon Sai Gon in Hong Kong) and Heath Gordon (former executive chef of Park Hyatt Saigon) from Australia, the menu includes innovative dishes such as betel leaf grilled barbs, stir-fried vermicelli noodles with lamb marinated in colander. The restaurant also honored ST25 rice variety that won the title of "World's Best Rice" in 2019.
