ST25 by KOTO brings a modern touch to Vietnamese cuisine. Combined by chef Bao La (formerly head chef at Le Garcon Sai Gon in Hong Kong) and Heath Gordon (former executive chef of Park Hyatt Saigon) from Australia, the menu includes innovative dishes such as betel leaf grilled barbs, stir-fried vermicelli noodles with lamb marinated in colander. The restaurant also honored ST25 rice variety that won the title of "World's Best Rice" in 2019.

soooo tasty. i dont know what they do with the sauce but it's awfully good. definitely comeback for more if I return the city.
