Sora & Umi

The restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine is located on the 2nd floor of the resort with garden views and 2 infinity pools leading directly to the sea. In addition to the breakfast buffet with many attractive choices, Sora & Umi is also a place to serve all meals of the day. The "All Day Dining" menu is rich and harmonious between regional specialties of Vietnam and Japanese delicacies. Local dishes are also elevated, becoming beautiful not only because of delicious but also because of beauty. Herring salad rolled rice paper, grilled Phu Quoc hill chicken with lam rice or dried beef grapefruit salad are delicious dishes to try when coming to Sora & Umi. The dipping sauce and sauces used are prepared very pleasantly, salty enough, sour, a little spicy and aromatic of pepper to create a feeling of numbness on the tip of the tongue, but awaken the taste buds very strongly.
