The restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine is located on the 2nd floor of the resort with garden views and 2 infinity pools leading directly to the sea. In addition to the breakfast buffet with many attractive choices, Sora & Umi is also a place to serve all meals of the day. The "All Day Dining" menu is rich and harmonious between regional specialties of Vietnam and Japanese delicacies. Local dishes are also elevated, becoming beautiful not only because of delicious but also because of beauty.
Herring salad rolled rice paper, grilled Phu Quoc hill chicken with lam rice or dried beef grapefruit salad are delicious dishes to try when coming to Sora & Umi. The dipping sauce and sauces used are prepared very pleasantly, salty enough, sour, a little spicy and aromatic of pepper to create a feeling of numbness on the tip of the tongue, but awaken the taste buds very strongly.

年末年始の宿泊に合わせて、朝食と大晦日のナイトビュッフェを頂きました。インターコンチネンタル内のレストランといういうことで、しつらえは勿論ですが、オープンな雰囲気の各カウンターでいろいろなお料理を頂くことができます。夜のビュッフェは一人6〜7千円で予約をして伺いました。飲み放題のプランもあるようでしたが、飲み物はアラカルトで。子供のお気に入りはパスタを麺やソース、トッピングをチョイスしてその場で作っていただくカウンター。トマトソースが絶品で、2度ほどお代わりをしました！その他にもお肉や魚、デザートとと、種類も豊富で大満足。ホテル内のレストランということで値段はそこそこですが、日本食もあるので子供から大人まで楽しめるお店だと思います。ビュッフェを頂いたので、アラカルトメニューについては確認しませんでしたが、メニューも豊富な印象はありますので、気になる方は事前にチェックされてから行かれることをお勧めします。
また、朝食もこちらはとても充実しています。クラブラウンジが利用できたのですが、宿泊2日目からあえてこちらのビュッフェへ。フォーやバインミー、和、洋、中全てが揃っています。朝夜共に、希望を言えばテラス席でも涼しい室内席、どちらでもチョイスできるようです。スタッフも気さくに対応してくれます。インターコンチネンタル宿泊の楽しみの一つになるかな、と思います。
