Tôi được lễ tân tiếp đón rất nhiệt tình và được sắp xếp ở phòng có 2 ban công. Phòng rất đẹp, có bồn tắm ngâm ở ngoài ban công. Phòng dọn rất sạch sẽ, đồ dùng tốt.

I booked two nights in this hotel after reading so many of the 5 star reviews on TA. What a mistake that was and how misleading TA reviews can be. I ask for only two things from a hotel for me to be happy: A quiet room. An effective and adjustable air conditioning system.
Over the last 23 days I have stayed in 12 hotels, 10 of which had ineffective or pre-set air conditioning which couldn t be adjusted.
This hotel s air conditioning was totally ineffective. Despite being on its highest fan setting and its coldest temperature, I could barely feel it when I stood on a chair and put my hand in front of the tiny grill at ceiling height from which it came.
In addition, the noise from the road below was terrible, there is the constant sound of car horns and revving car and motorbike engines. I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised the rooms as having sound-proofing . They certainly do not. I tried a room on the 11th and 12th floor before I left and booked into another hotel without sleeping there for even one night.
The only redeeming experience of my stay there (which lasted about 90 minutes before I moved) was the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. She immediately arranged for me to move rooms after my first and seemed genuinely concerned about making me happy. Additionally, when I was in a taxi halfway to my next hotel, the driver received a phone call from the receptionist at the Boton. After speaking with her she informed me that I had left my passport and that she was arranging for it to be couriered to me at my next hotel by motorcycle; that was a touch of class and efficiency which saved me a boatload of grief so a big thank you to her.
