Tôi được lễ tân tiếp đón rất nhiệt tình và được sắp xếp ở phòng có 2 ban công. Phòng rất đẹp, có bồn tắm ngâm ở ngoài ban công. Phòng dọn rất sạch sẽ, đồ dùng tốt.

Hồ bơi cũng rất đẹp và pha chế đồ uống ngon, tôi thưởng thức ở đây 2 lần.

Lets start with the positives first.

There was 1 person in the bar on our first night that was lovely. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious.

Now the negatives, and there are a few.
Breakfast is average
The latte coffee was watery and bad
Service is average
Music in the pool is far too loud (it s a pool not a night club)
The beach across the road is not a beach, more of a surfbreak
The area around the hotel smells horrendous
The location is miles away from anywhere and at least an hour from the airport
It s not quite the relaxing beach stay we envisaged
When I asked if I could take a plate of fruit for my daughter who was not well and stayed behind in the room, we were told no.
It has the feel of a package holiday hotel

After a wonderful stay in Hanoi and Hoi An, this was a disappointing stop on our trip in Vietnam. I m sure there are people who like this type of place, but if you re looking to relax with good service, you re better off with somewhere near a proper beach, with more welcoming staff and closer to Tran Phu Beach.
