Bamboo Forest of Na Hang Tua Chu village

The bamboo forest is more than 1ha wide, also known as Pung Luong bamboo forest, located 20 km from the center of Mu Cang Chai town. This is also the place to provide specialty bamboo shoots for the region. Recently, the bamboo forest opened to visitors and has become a new attraction for visitors when arriving in Mu Cang Chai. To get here, visitors need to move on very small roads with steep, winding slopes. Visitors can hire villagers to drive by motorbike into the forest or can drive themselves to conquer this road. Currently, the ticket price to visit the bamboo forest is 15,000 VND / ticket, if visitors rent a car, it will cost 50,000 VND / ticket, including transportation into and out of the forest. Before going, visitors are required to equip an insecticidal spray. If camping here, visitors only need to bring their own tents, tarpaulins and food and water.
