My son, who lived in Hanoi for a while, told us about this massage spa. It lived up to his recommendation and we had thoroughly pleasant Zen Heart massages which included oil (gently removed from the skin before the therapist finished), heated stones, and a head and neck massage as well. We asked for it to be medium, rather than firm and they respected that.
The idea of removing shoes at the lobby, with a locker upstairs for any valuables, all reassure you that this is a professional establishment. Tea before and after the massage is welcome, and the WhatsApp booking system with details taken when you arrive is efficient.
The therapists speak and understand English and are friendly.

We were greeted with a lovely cup of tea by very friendly staff.
I read that the masseurs who work there are blind, and that this is a project to give visually impaired people an education and a livelihood.
I had a deep tissue back and neck massage, the masseur was really skilled and found all of my painful tensions. I felt so relaxed afterwards.
It was a great experience, would definitely go again.
