Restaurant:
Very Nice breakfast: Fresh omelet, fruit, juices, European, Vietnamese food etc. Attention to detail could improve a bit. Certain fruits, cakes, sauces etc runs out before 9 am and are not replaced.
Lunch/dinner at the Hotel restaurant: Very nice seating area at a balcony above the beach/sea. Service can be very slow at times even just for drinks. Good basic quality (salads, pastas, local food), but could improve to higher standards. Multiple better restaurants are available 1-1,5 km from the hotel.
Internet
Both coverage and speed are surprisingly good. Browsing works like a charm. Even Netflix is possible with a little load time.
Cleaning
Spotless in the rooms.
Rooms
Basic furniture, but quite adequate. Very wide double bed a bit to the hard side.
Pool
Very nice, quite large, clean. Never crowded. Very good ocean view.
Beach
Never crowded. Nice sunbeds and sand. Stones are present in the water a few meters out given a bit of challenge when going for a swim. An area to the right of the main restaurant have all the way sand access to deeper water.
Drinks
Pretty good, like you would make them at home. But they lack the fine finesse you find in dedicated bars.
Bathroom
Semi open, unusual but works surprisingly well. Very few bugs. Spotless cleaned daily. Water pressure (warm water) is low.
Gym
Well, it is there, but poorly maintained and rusty. Free weights are present: Max 20 kg. Treadmill is broken and has been broken for a long time. The training facilities are in need of improvement. A free pool table is present in the same room. It needs maintenance.
Service
Good, friendly and helpful.
Conclusion
A very nice resort. But some improvements and better attention to detail are needed in the future to keep up with the ever-increasing competition.
