View ngắm hoàng hôn tuyệt vời, đi sớm có hơi nắng nhưng chụo ảnh rất đẹp nghen, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Đi vào lúc 4h-5h happy hour còn được giảm 50% bill nữa, thanks bạn Trân đã tư vấn mấy món nước cho mình nè. Sẽ quay lại vào nhiều lần nữa. Khuyến khích mấy bạn chưa biết đón hoàng hôn ở đâu thì nên ghé Ocean bay nhe.

In general This is a great hotel in Phu Quoc if you are not into Big Hotel Buildings,this is a low scale hotel with a charming character and design ,
The Hotel is nicely located, just 30 min from the airport by taxi (VND 250,000),
The beach is stunning, very laid back, relaxed, not private and not crowded at all, crystal clear water, clean ,people in the area are very respectful and open minded, we really enjoy the beach as we were in Europe.
The pool area and the restaurants are also beautifully designed and well maintained. The rooms are also nicely designed and maintained, but are extremely close one to each other which is a problem if your neighbor is too noisy or not well behave.
The staff from the gardeners all the way through the hotel manager are very warm and friendly, always there to help you with a big smile.
Khanh, our waiter every dinner in the hotel, and the Hotel Manager deserve a special mention , they were absolutely fantastic , they were remarkable in their duties while we were in the hotel.
There is still room for improvement , details like the lack of bathrobes in the spa, the restaurant menu for dinner (I don t understand who can go to Vietnam to eat pizza or burguers), the soundproof of the rooms, or the piling of stuffs behind the beach restaurant visible from the infinity pool must be improved,
Even though the quality of the Breakfast buffet was excellent, specially in the fruits selection, I believe that lately most of the hotels in this scale are moving away of this concept towards the more rational a la carte open breakfast menu due to the food waste.
