Pho Phuong is a popular pho restaurant that is very famous for its beef cartilage pho and oxtail pho. The cartilage and tail are soft and crispy when eaten, combined with a hot and rich broth, very tasty. The noodles and meat are tender, fragrant, and rich.
The owner shared the secret to making his restaurant's signature flavor is the broth stewed from beef bones for 20 hours (from 9 am to 5 am the next morning), new ingredients every day. In particular, the oxtail ingredient is stewed for 40 hours until the meat is tender and the skin is gelatinous.
