Pho Le

Pho Le is considered one of the most famous pho shops in Cho Lon area. Not only attracting people in District 5 but also diners from all over the world. Opening for sale in 1970, up to now, the shop has 2 branches in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and 10 franchise branches in Hong Kong. Like most other pho shops, Pho Le also serves a full range of "re-encrusted - bucket - pellets". Thin, tender, sweet reshredded beef. Encrusted, thickly chopped bucket, with lean mixed with golden fat. Beef balls split in half, large pieces. The noodles are soft, not too tough. A special bowl of mixed rice here costs 95,000 VND, which is not cheap compared to many other pho shops but has a lot of pho cakes, a lot of meat and has a Southern pho flavor.
