Hang Co Restaurant offers a unique culinary experience in the space of rock cave in Ninh Xuan commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province, located near Trang An tourist area, Mua Cave and Hoa Lu ancient capital. The land chosen by the landlord to build the restaurant is located near the foot of the limestone mountain with many natural mountain caves. Taking advantage of this unique space, the restaurant has created a special culinary experience in the heart of the mountain cave. The entrance gate is made from bamboo, covered with palm leaves to blend in with the natural landscape. Inside, the mountain caves are cleaned and decorated with dining tables, with each space decorated with suitable dining tables and chairs. To enter the dining rooms in the cave, visitors have to bypass the narrow ravine, creating an extremely interesting feeling. Although the outside of the entrance gate is designed simply, when entering the cave, visitors will be immersed in a spacious and peaceful space, with rooms accommodating about 20 people. Palm Cave offers visitors not only a unique culinary experience but also an opportunity to enjoy immersing themselves in the natural and cultural identity typical of the land of Ninh Binh.
