Khanh was a great receptionist and the whole hotel staff was really good! I stayed for for a whole week and it was fantastic ymmv but for 80$ a night it was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pool and the gym

Staff here are very friendly and helpful.
The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable.
Cons:
*air conditioning took a very long time to kick in. Felt like it was blowing out hot air instead of cool.
*the hot water in the shower took a long time just to get warm.
*the swimming pool on the 20th floor looks great but the heat was suffocating and unbearable and the pool water very warm.
Pros:
*great location, within walking distance to restaurants.
*good bathroom amenities and clean shower with minimal mould.
*room has plenty of space for luggage (for 2 people)
*highlands coffee shop in the lobby was great. Nice place to sit and relax and enjoy a coffee or iced tea!
