Thien Huong ancient village, also known as "Ma Peng" village, is located in the north of Dong Van town. Right from the moment you enter the village road, you will be impressed with the huge, shaggy old banyan trees. Looming in the distance are roofs interspersed with ancient yin-yang tile roofs. Most of the houses in the village are more than 100 years old, still intact the ancient village architecture of the Tày and Dáy people here. Surrounding the house is a solid stone fence. Every house grows plum, peach and pear trees, so every spring the flowers bloom brightly in the corner of the sky. People in the village subsist by farming and making corn yeast wine. The corn wine of Thien Huong village is a precious wine, with a fragrant taste, drinking it will warm your body. A day in Thien Huong ancient village can make people want to get up early from 5am to breathe the cold of the mountains and forests and then go to the mountains all day, watch the people make cakes, spin yarn, make wild grape juice, cook wine, pick flowers, or play with the children and then come in the evening to gather by the flickering fire, neglecting the chaos of the city.
