Khách sạn có bề ngoài không mấy nổi bật nhưng nội thất bên trong là cả 1 sự bất ngờ lớn . Trang thiết bị hiện đại đến ngay cả người làm trong ngành khách sạn như tôi cũng phải ngạc nhiên . Bất ngờ hơn nữa là khách sạn chỉ hơn 20 phòng nhưng nhân viên được đào tạo cực kì bài bản , chuyên nghiệp , nhiệt tình , luôn mỉm cười và giúp đỡ khách hết mức có thể từ bảo vệ , lễ tân , nhà hàng và cả buồng phòng luôn mang đến cho khách 1 cảm giác ấm cúng như ở nhà . Vào buổi chiều tất cả các phòng khách đều được nhân viên phục vụ tận phòng những chén chè miễn phí nóng hổi . Các bạn xứng đáng là 1 khách sạn 4 sao với chất lượng như vậy . Chắc chắn 1000% tôi sẽ quay lại đây khi có dịp về Cần Thơ

Lo mejor: la ubicación es perfecta, el personal es muy muy amable y te ponen todas las facilidades del mundo.
El hotel, aunque no está terminado, es muy bonito y acogedor y los servicios que ofrecen son muy buenos.
Nosotras contratamos con ellos el tour para ir a ver los mercados flotantes y fue súper cómodo e inolvidable.
Lo peor: nuestros vecinos de habitación hacían muchisimo ruido y tenían siempre la puerta abierta, corriendo por los pasillos. Pero avisamos en recepción y nos lo solucionaron en un momento.
Además, el hecho de que el hotel no esté terminado puede ser un punto negativo. Por eso no les he puesto las 5 Estrellas.
