Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel

Stayed in December which seems to be low peak season. We got connecting rooms facing the backs of several buildings. Not the most picturesque view but it allowed for more privacy and fresh open air at the same time and it was nice to sit on the connecting balcony and look at the other buildings. My toddler in particular loved to point at all the buildings.

Service was excellent at all times. For example we called Ms Kim at 5-6am in the morning slightly panicked cause we weren t show whether the taxi was overcharging us and she not only picked up, she even spoke with the driver and got them to reduce the price to a reasonable one. Transport was arranged for many other situations including airport pick up. She helped us navigate a bit around the old quarter too. Their rooftop terrace was lovely and relaxing though we did not stay long because of the cold. And their beds were so comfortable we almost did not want to leave it.
The location is right next to "beer street" and other good food and just a 10 min walk away from the lake and other attractions. It wasn t too noisy for us, but maybe that was because it was low peak.

I kind of wished their nice swimming pool was heated, but then again I don t think they anticipated crazy tourist trying to swim in winter. Food selection was smaller than I had anticipated, but everything was delicious especially their porridge

Khách sạn theo đánh giá của tôi là phù hợp để trải nghiệm nét đặc trưng của phố cổ Hà Nội, ngay ban công phòng nhìn xuống là con phố nhỏ được gắn đèn lồng trông thật ấm áp, cách vài bước là đến sự nhộn nhịp của khu phố đêm Tạ Hiện. Phòng khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng được cải tạo hài hoà, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất lịch sự và chu đáo. Nói chung nếu có dịp tôi sẽ quay lại.Thêm
