Hang Kia - Pa Co

Hang Kia - Pa Co is located at the gateway of the Northwest with an altitude of 1,200 - 1,500 m above sea level, covered with clouds almost all year round. These are the only two Hmong communes in Hoa Binh, located between four rocky mountains. Climbing up to the sky gate area, you can immerse yourself in the sea of floating white clouds. From November to April is the ideal time to hunt rattan in Hang Kia - Pa Co. Clouds are often abundant and beautiful at 5am - 9am. If you're unlucky with the sea of clouds, this is also a great viewing spot for you to see the entire valley. Local people also plant a lot of flowers in this area for tourists to take photos with the wooden bridge. The ticket to Hang Kia cloud hunting spot is 20,000 VND. From Mai Chau district center, travel about 30 km, you will reach Pa Co commune, go about 10 km more and you will reach Hang Kia commune. Looking down from above, Hang Kia-Pa Co is as beautiful as a picture.
