Black basalt rock structures towering from the water are the captivating natural marvel of Phu Yen known as Da Did Reef, which translates to "Rock plates" in Vietnamese. Da Dia Reef's distinctive feature, which is challenging to find anywhere in the globe, is the spectacular basalt rock bed surrounding the water. In 1998, it received the National Heritage site status. Visitors to Da Dia reef are startled by the enormous number of black polygonal rocks that have accumulated there as a result of volcanic eruptions that occurred millions of years ago. They form a seashore wall that is completely dark and like a stack of plates.
Da Dia Reef is open for sightseeing from 7h to 18h. Ticket prices are VND 20,000 per adult and VND 10,000 for children under 16 years old and under.
