Van Linh Pagoda

The highlight of Van Linh Pagoda is the architecture. The front yard of the temple has many large-scale stupas. Including the Venerable Stupa of Thich Thien Quang with 3 floors, or the octagonal bell tower with 2 floors. In the stupa is a statue of Amitabha Buddha enshrined on the upper floor. On the ground floor of the tower is a statue of the Bodhisattva Avalokite, Heavenly Eye, carved out of monolithic stone. Inside the stupa is also hung a common persimmon with a weight of about 1.2 tons. Among the stupas built in the grounds of Van Linh Pagoda of Forbidden Mountain, Guanyin Basilica is the most prominent with a height of up to 40 meters. This stupa was designed and inspired by the model of Bodh Gaya in India. The most beautiful place in the Great Spirit Temple is the temple hall. This is where the Buddha statues are painted with extremely splendid gold lacquer. In the midst of a somewhat solemn and contemplative scene, all the golden light of the statues creates an extremely aesthetic space in the temple hall.
