Tien Pagoda - Tien Well

Chua Tien Cave, a pagoda located on a mountain slope, is a unique spiritual destination in Lang Son. The road to the cave is built with 64 steps. The side door of the pagoda faces east, with a veranda door and a path down to the lake, creating a harmonious combination of architecture and nature. Tien Pagoda is not only a place to worship Buddha but also Mother and Saint Tran. The architecture of the pagoda is arranged in a "pre-Buddha post-Saint" way, with the three palaces worshipping Buddha on the outside and the palace worshipping Mother and Saint Tran on the inside. This place also preserves a rich system of epitaph of writers and poets, including the song "Eight Scenes of Tranquillity" by Ngo Thi Sy, praising the beautiful scenery of Lang nature. Every year, on January 18 of the lunar calendar, Tien Pagoda organizes a festival, combined with Nhi Thanh Pagoda, creating a special atmosphere and attracting a large number of tourists and Buddhists to attend. This makes Tien Pagoda a famous spiritual tourism destination every time visitors come to Lang Son.
