Thay Pagoda is a complex of famous relics and scenic spots with many attractions, located at the foot of Sai Son Mountain on the outskirts of Hanoi. This ancient pagoda has existed for more than 1000 years with the history of the country, associated with the culture and beliefs of the Vietnamese people. The items of the pagoda include the water court, Nhat Tien Bridge, Nguyet Tien, Tam Phu temple,... In particular, the most outstanding architectural value of the relic is located in the three buildings of Ca Pagoda with typical imprints of Ly Dynasty architecture. Every year, the Thay Pagoda festival takes place from the 5th to the 7th of the 3rd lunar month (the 7th is the main festival) attracting thousands of tourists from all over the world. You can combine sightseeing, visiting the scenery of Thay Pagoda during the day and in the evening buy tickets to watch the extremely impressive reality show "Quintessence of Tonkin".
