Ngay gần phố cổ Hà Nôi. Nên đi bộ dọc theo chiều dài cây cầu, vừa ngắm cảnh sông Hồng buổi chiều tà, vừa thưởng thức lịch sử trăm năm Thủ Đô thể hiện qua từng bu lông, con vít đã hoen gỉ. Rất đẹp và thơ mộng.
