The soup was absolutely delicious with generous toppings as well. I got squid, fish and beef. There is a sauce station where you can make your own dipping sauce which was quite fun to make. I also got some iced sugarcane juice on the side for 10,000 VND (0.4 USD/ 0.6 AUD) which was refreshing and paired well with the hot soup. This place is affordable but has quality food, I went with 3 of my friends and we spent 320,000 VND in total (13 USD/ 19 AUD) for 4 soups and 4 drinks! The only downside is that the restaurant does not have air conditioning but only fans and it got a bit hot towards the end. But, overall, it was a great experience - highly recommend it! :)

This is typical local food that well-known by the local people and Vietnamese travelers. Visiting here, you will have to be part of the service - making the source for yourself. You will be guided how to make it as a professional chef. You will order what option for your noodle and wait and watch the staff making the food for you. Easy to eat and preferable for anyone who love sea food. I will come back next trip to Phu Quoc.
