Very helpful staff. The menu and guides are all Vietnamese, but the staff went beyond and taught us how to create the sauce. The meat in the dish was also very fresh. Sugarcane drink is also very sweet and cooling for the hot weather.

This is typical local food that well-known by the local people and Vietnamese travelers. Visiting here, you will have to be part of the service - making the source for yourself. You will be guided how to make it as a professional chef. You will order what option for your noodle and wait and watch the staff making the food for you. Easy to eat and preferable for anyone who love sea food. I will come back next trip to Phu Quoc.
