Blue diamond is amazing all around. Incredible service in public areas, food, grounds and accommodations. Just got back and will be back if they fix the following...

1) Rooms have some issues with maintenance and some of the public spaces. Ours had minimal issues but we spoke to people who had issues with toilets, AC, etc. and had to wait. Still, the grounds are beyond worth the hiccups.
2) Room service. 20 USD surcharge. Given the nature of the incredible rooms, sitting out with a morning coffee is so important. There is only a crappy coffee maker and the mini bar is a constant issue with coffee, etc. getting replenished. A Kuerig or something else. Provide milk and fresh sugars, etc.
3) Response time for mini bar refresh, ice, etc. Just way too long.
4) Golf carts are oddly timed. Seemed to be a ton in a row then none.

Tip: Snatch this up at a great deal, don t spend too much on a "fancy" suite (some in 10s of thousands). Food, drinks, etc. are the same for everyone. Going above and beyond and laying out a silly amount is a waste of money and I would imagine would leave a bad taste in your mouth.

We LOVED it - most relaxing trip we have been on.
