Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, đặc biệt chị quản lý Swan. rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ chị của mình là Việt Kiều Pháp lâu năm mới về nước chơi. khách sạn nhìn chung ổn với tầm giá, có một vấn đề nhỏ về gối sắp xép ở trên giường hơi cao so với người việt nam nhưng lễ tân sẵn sàng đổi giúp mình 1 cái thấp hơn mặc dù trời đã tối muộn. Bữa sáng có cả đồ á và âu nên phù hợp với cả mình và chị mình.

Stayed for 2 nights, the location is awesome. Just about 100m to Hoàn Kiem lake which is convenient for me to take a jog every morning. The weekend night Market is also just a block away.
The staff are very friendly, room was clean but a little downside was the room facing the city can be a little noisy during the night. The staff also will patiently brief the recommended places to visit and eat.
