The hotel has a great location just in the middle of the city center you can reach all highlights by walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful they do really everything to make the stay as nice as possible.
The bed was comfortable and the room clean.Spacious bathroom. The breakfast was okay. We booked also our trip to Ha Long Bay in the hotel, We asked for late check out and they granted it without extra charge. Its just one thing: our room did not have any window (it was in the middle of the hotel).It means we had no idea if it is dark or sunny outside. The staff told us this is the type of room what we booked. Well, fair enough however I had no idea that there are rooms with window and others without. So take this into consideration at booking.
