Museum of Oceanography is a marine flora and fauna life research institute in Nha Trang City. This is one of the earliest scientific institute in Vietnam and is considered the largest marine institute and artifact storage facility in Southeast Asia.
Coming to the Museum of Oceanography, visitors will be able to visit the Aquarium system arranged in a space of 5000m2 with a complex including very valuable marine life aquariums.
In addition to the role of scientific research, the system of lakes and tanks for marine life of the Museum of Oceanography is also an attractive attraction, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
The marine sightseeing area is also one of the special attractions at Nha Trang Museum of Oceanography. The sightseeing area is only open from 9am to 11am daily, so visitors should arrange a reasonable time to fully visit. At the seaside tourist area, visitors will be able to take a boat to the living area of marine creatures. A layer of transparent glass is installed at the bottom of the boat, allowing visitors to observe marine life in the most realistic way.
In addition, visitors can also pay to participate in scuba diving activities to be able to see sea creatures from the bottom of the ocean.
