We stayed at Ancient Hue Garden House for three nights and ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough. Food is absolutely exquisite, the service is the best you will find anywhere and the traditional mandarin interior is stunning.
There is a great choice of traditional local cuisine and modern fusion meals. The meals are almost too generous in size. Breakfast was served from the a la carte menu with fruit, pastry platter, juice and coffee included. That deconstructed Bahn Mi served on sizzling plate (baked eggs) with a crispy baguette was soooooo good.
Eating in this restaurant and staying at the Ancient Garden Houses was the highlight of our 2 week trip of Vietnam, and I cannot wait to return.

Beetje uit het centrum gelegen. zeer mooie locatie. Daar er net een trouwfeest bezig was, was het enorm druk en veel lawaai. Werden als enige aan een tafel buiten gezet, wat het ook wel minder gezellig maakt. Dit was misschien verkeerd begrepen door de persoon wie voor ons had gereserveerd. Het eten was lekker en mooi gepresenteerd. Doch had ik van dit restaurant iets meer verwacht. Zeer duur naar Vietnamese normen. De bediening daar en tegen was perfect.
