We stayed at Ancient Hue Garden House for three nights and ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough. Food is absolutely exquisite, the service is the best you will find anywhere and the traditional mandarin interior is stunning.
There is a great choice of traditional local cuisine and modern fusion meals. The meals are almost too generous in size. Breakfast was served from the a la carte menu with fruit, pastry platter, juice and coffee included. That deconstructed Bahn Mi served on sizzling plate (baked eggs) with a crispy baguette was soooooo good.
Eating in this restaurant and staying at the Ancient Garden Houses was the highlight of our 2 week trip of Vietnam, and I cannot wait to return.

It is amazing building to experience. We booked our table via what’s app . We loved the visual treat of the ambience and food. I had thought as an expensive restuarant staff would be stiff but to our surprise staff were smiling, friendly and helpful. They make you comfortable. I roamed around the property as I love old structures.
Except prawn in tamarind sauce ( as Indians we like more strong flavoured sauce )we liked other dishes. I would love to stay in their hotel atleast for a night too.
