Experience the presidential room in the tallest building in Vietnam

Translated by Bing
Located in the tallest building in Vietnam with transparent glass on all sides, this presidential room is always "busy" welcoming high-class guests with a unique experience even though the price is up to 220 million VND/night.

The room in question occupies the entire space on the 68th floor of the Landmark 81 building (Ho Chi Minh City) - the tallest building in Vietnam and the 2nd tallest in Southeast Asia. The elevator moves quite quickly and smoothly. This elevator moves at a speed of up to 8m/s and is the fastest elevator system in Vietnam today. Thanks to this speed, it only takes less than 1 minute for visitors to move from the ground floor to the top floor. The elevator speed here is estimated to be 1/3 the speed of Sarah the jaguar - the fastest animal in the world.

As soon as the elevator stopped on the 68th floor, the view of the city covered the eye because all sides of the room were transparent glass. This is also the room with the most beautiful view of the hotel, which can welcome the most brilliant sunrise and sunset.

The first difference of this room from the usual hotels is that the ceiling is designed quite high, surrounded by tempered glass that allows visitors to see the whole city from any position in the room.

A long corridor leading to the entrance to the living room is arranged spaciously with the highlight being a long, leather-upholstered, expensive sofa. The glass tea table reflects light and high-end armchairs are placed around, creating a luxurious living space.

Right behind the bench is the bar and kitchen area. In particular, the kitchen area is equipped with modern equipment, ready to serve the needs of personal cooking or organizing a luxurious party. And just like the presidential room in any hotel, guests always have the privilege of requesting a butler or bartender to serve 24 hours a day when they have their own needs.

In addition, a private passage is discreetly arranged next to the kitchen so that staff can come to serve without affecting the privacy of guests.

Next to the living room and bar area is a large desk, arranged in a minimalist but luxurious style. In front is a spacious balcony, opening up an open view of the whole city below. Blending in with the natural light from the balcony is a soft yellow light that creates a comfortable workspace.

The master bedroom is designed with a large double bed, with a balcony on the left, a panoramic view of the city on the right and in front of it. This is an ideal location to welcome both sunrise and sunset above. Although the room is covered with tempered glass to allow natural light to flood inside, the temperature in the room is always maintained cool with an easy-to-use touchscreen control system.

The butler team here is well-trained with international standard service skills to fully meet the requirements of VIP customers, from preparing meals, to arranging a rest space for guests.

The bathroom has a spacious, airy space, and a large mirror that reflects the vibrant city scenery. The area includes a standing shower and a marble bath with a variety of relaxing massage modes.

Around the bathroom, transparent mirrors are installed, helping guests to soak in the tub and enjoy the scenery at the same time. This is considered a "very worthwhile" experience. A representative of the hotel said that because it is located high in the tallest building in Vietnam, visitors do not have to worry about privacy issues when using this "transparent bathroom".

The dressing area is designed as a private room, equipped with many wardrobes, drawers, shelves, and safes to meet all storage needs. This space is also arranged with modern facilities, creating a convenient and comfortable dressing corner.

According to the current listed price, each night staying at this presidential room costs about 220 million VND. Despite the high price, according to the hotel, this room still maintains an average booking rate of 15-20 days per month.

The majority of guests book rooms here to relax and organize important events with family and friends. Others take advantage of the luxurious space of the presidential office to display products, welcome partners, exchange work and close contracts.

Compared to the long-standing and historical hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, Vinpearl Landmark 81 Hotel, Autograph Collection is still a young name when it has only been in operation for more than 5 years.

From the 47th floor and above of the Landmark 81 building is a system of 223 rooms and suites. The "money-eating" point is that all room classes here have a beautiful view, you can see the whole city from above, from the winding Saigon River to the green patches of the park below, blending with the bustle of the "never sleeping" city.

In addition, hotel rooms on high floors are almost absolutely quiet, which can be avoided from all kinds of noise of the bustling city.

In 2019, Vinpearl Landmark 81 won the title of "World's Leading Riverview Hotel" at the World Travel Awards - a prestigious tourism award , known as the "Oscar of international tourism".

Previously, in the Asia & Oceania region of this award, the hotel also won 3 awards including Asia's leading riverfront hotel, Vietnam's leading city hotel, Vietnam's leading hotel suite.

This year, this hotel continues to win the Vietnam's Leading City Hotel 2024 award by the World Travel Awards. And the Presidential Suite – the hotel's most luxurious room class – was also honored to receive the organization's Leading Hotel Suite award.
