Inspired by the bowl of Quang noodles that is always loved by diners in Da Nang or Hoi An, the chefs at La Plage restaurant at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort have created Quang noodles with lobster. The dish is the result of efforts to refresh the taste buds and conquer gourmet guests.

The characteristic of Quang noodles is that they are easy to combine with ingredients such as meat, fish, shrimp, and jellyfish, making the dish easy to cook, which can be found in street stalls to luxury restaurants. In addition, the accompanying ingredients of Quang noodles are Vietnamese vegetables, which help balance the taste and bring freshness.
With lobster noodles, the biggest difference is the ingredients. The main ingredients of the dish include lobster, scallops, tiny meat and carvia roe instead of meat, shrimp and eggs. In addition, the dish still has familiar ingredients such as rice paper, green peppers, raw vegetables, banana flowers, noodles mixed with peanut oil.
The sauce of Quang noodles is made from meat and sea tiger shrimp, and the combination of tapioca root, which is fried with butter, shrimp shells, pineapple and tomato, which is light brown. After more than an hour of boiling over the fire to thicken the sauce, the chef will prepare the accompanying ingredients such as marinating the little meat, grilling lobster with cheese, boiling peach eggs at a standard temperature.
The next difference of the dish is the way it is served, the ingredients are left separately on the tray. Diners will decorate their own portions according to their preferences, or ask the staff to guide them.
The selling price at the restaurant for a serving is more than 800,000 VND.
