Although The Albion by Kirk Westaway replaces the former Social Club Restaurant, diners can still relax at the Social Club Rooftop Bar on the hotel's rooftop. Chef Kirk Westaway is world-renowned for his restaurant, JAAN by Kirk Westaway in Singapore, which has won two MICHELIN stars for four consecutive years. Since assuming the role of Executive Chef in 2015, he has been a pioneer in promoting contemporary British cuisine on the international stage. With The Albion by Kirk Westaway, the Chef brings the spirit of innovation into an intimate space, inviting diners to enjoy exquisite dishes suitable to share with loved ones. "I've long admired Chef Kirk's talent and vision. Together with him, Executive Chef Christopher Clarke, a long-time associate and seasoned culinary expert with many years of working at Britain's top restaurants, will create unforgettable culinary experiences. The menu consists of four separate sections – Let's Begin, Main Courses, To Share, and Something Sweet. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients, some sourced from organic farms in Da Lat and top suppliers in the world.
