Madam Kew
Nestled on the first floor of the historic building at 37bis Ky Con, Madam Kew's speakeasy lounge evokes the feeling of a "mysterious, historic and daring" place, as described by Kim Nguyen, the shop's operations manager, when sharing with Robb Report Vietnam. According to Kim, Madam Kew's appeal comes from its seasonally curated handmade cocktails and Shanghai-inspired interior design alongside live music.
The unique cocktail menu will take diners on the journey of Margaret Choo (Née Chu), a Chinese entertainer and inspiration for this stylish bar. If you are here, you must definitely try Madam Citrus with Reposado Tequila, Japanese apricot wine with a touch of Japanese tuna shavings and orange-flavored sea salt. A subtle complexity between sweet, sour and salty tastes makes for a delightfully distinct experience. Do not miss Monkey has a gun with all ingredients brewed in a fresh coconut, both gentle and elegant but can make diners sink into a drunken mood at any time.

Barson
Among Barson's signature cocktails, it is worth mentioning the Blue Lagoon with the jade color of the blue sea. The drink seems to bring the whole ocean on the tip of the tongue with the cool sweet and sour taste from Vietnamese sea grapes, a little aroma of cucumber, mint and elderflower, mixed with the light taste of Greenall's gin from the UK.
Barson's tropical vibe is also evident in the Red Dragon cocktail. This is a sweet and fruity drink on the basis of Gin, suitable for elegant ladies. In addition, Lotus Negroni or Old Fashioned are also the most popular cocktails here.
Besides drinking water, which is something that goes hand in hand with the "vibe" factor, it is impossible not to mention the "dining" factor. The talented kitchen team has created unique dishes from appetizers to main courses such as truffle fries, cheeseburger spring rolls, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, French recycled Wagyu beef, black beef tenderloin with portobello mushrooms or fresh shelled oysters.
Diners can experience Barson on weekdays or attend Thursday nights for women, or lively DJ nights on three weekends.

Stir Modern Classic Cocktail Bar
From the passion of a trio of young founders operating in the field of alcoholic beverages, Stir was born in 2021 with the goal of becoming a Vietnamese bar capable of reaching out to the world. Through "made-in-Vietnam" cocktails from local ingredients resonating from modern machinery besides the nostalgic space of a Saigon in the 70s and 80s facing the bustling Ben Thanh market, Stir will conquer any fastidious diner.
Lam Duc Anh, co-founder of the brand, revealed recipes for new drinks that come from the inspiration of fruits of four seasons in Saigon. These can be light, refreshing cocktails for humid days without rain and cinnamon, anise, ginger, honey flavors for cold, rainy nights. In addition, Stir uses materials of Vietnamese folk tales as well as street food from North to South such as nuggets, sugarcane juice, centella asiatica, coconut, or familiar Chinese ginseng water combined with gin and some herbs to create a surprisingly refreshing Highball 18+ Ginseng Water.
