No testing is required when flying
From January 21, passengers arriving from epidemic areas level 1, 2 and 3 when traveling by plane do not need to have received 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine or have a certificate of recovery from Covid-19. Similarly, children in these 3 regions do not need to show a pre-flight test. However, people coming from a level 4 outbreak area (red zone) need a negative test result within 72 hours.
People with symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste, muscle aches will not be allowed to join the flight.
Note to preload the PC-Covid app for medical declaration. Before, during, and after the flight, travelers should wear masks, sanitize hands, and limit contact with others.

Regulated in some localities
Currently, most famous tourist destinations have relaxed travel regulations, welcoming tourists from regions 1, 2, 3 such as Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An (Quang Nam), Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), Da Lat (Lam Dong), Phu Quoc (Kien Giang) ... However, many localities still have their own regulations for tourists.
Specifically, in the North, visitors from all epidemic levels to Moc Chau (Son La) need a certificate of full vaccination with 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine and a negative nCoV test certificate by rapid test method. Visitors from epidemic level 3 and 4 areas when visiting some resorts in Vinh Phuc, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh... a negative nCoV test result is required.
In the South, localities have now lifted almost all movement regulations. Particularly, Con Dao (Ba Ria Vung Tau) requires all visitors to have an nCoV test result within 72 hours before going to the island, otherwise they will have to take a test right at the accommodation facility. Currently, F0 and F1 tourists arriving in Con Dao must be quarantined and treated at accommodation facilities, in case visitors need to return to the mainland, they need air transport.
