The Hue - Da Nang train combined with a stop to visit Lang Co Bay started operating from March 26, opening ticket sales from March 19.
In Hue, train HD1 departs from Hue station at 7:45 a.m., arrives at Da Nang station at 10:35 a.m.; The HD3 train departs at 14:25 and arrives in Da Nang at 17:40. In Da Nang, train HD2 departs from Da Nang station at 7:50 a.m. to Hue station at 11:05 a.m.; train HD4 departs at 15h and arrives at Hue station at 17:45.
On the journey, the train will stop at Lang Co Station for 10 minutes for visitors to admire the beauty and check-in of Lang Co Bay - one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
Each train consists of 5 air-conditioned soft seat wagons and a community activity wagon that serves local cultural and culinary programs. In the opening month, Vietnam Railways Corporation applies a preferential ticket price of 150,000 VND/ticket; the monthly ticket price is 900,000 VND/ticket, and at the same time discounts from 10% to 50% for passengers who are subject to the policy.
Tickets are issued on websites to buy train tickets online, e-wallets. Visitors can also buy directly at stations, ticket offices, agents of Vietnam Railways or contact the call center.
The train is suitable for those who want to experience and explore the majestic beauty of nature. From the ship, visitors can see the scenery of mountains, coasts... Hue and Da Nang stations are both located in the city center, ready for a large number of domestic and foreign passengers. The opening of daily trips helps tourists conveniently travel and visit famous landmarks of both Da Nang and Hue - which are famous localities for landscape and culture.

Before operating the train, Vietnam Railways Corporation invested in renovating the interior, buying new equipment to serve passengers at Hue and Da Nang stations. The aluminum frame table system was replaced with new TV screens, the old train waiting benches were replaced with new seats with many materials, shapes, and sizes according to the waiting room space. Passenger cars are installed with an electric system to charge phone batteries, free drinking water bottles or automatic beverage vending machines.
