The unique dome architecture is designed to the length of The Long, and the bar has marble tables along the windy restaurant with a length of 48 meters. The restaurant introduces a menu of selected and innovative Asian and European dishes, from fresh papaya salad with black tiger shrimp and herbs, grilled pork and extremely unique "golden" beef burger.
The restaurant's famous dishes also include authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, as well as 32 delicious ice cream flavors prepared by the restaurant itself. In the pizza kitchen at The Long @ Times Square, there is an Italian chef specializing in pizza from Naples, which is considered the homeland of pizza in Italy.
