Eat Saigon
This is a restaurant founded by chef Peter Cuong Franklin, located next to the old market of Ton That Dam right in the middle of the bustling center of Saigon.
The menu here attracts diners thanks to the ingenious transformation of traditional Vietnamese street food into high-class dishes with French processing and decoration techniques, bringing extremely new taste experiences. Whether you order Western fish salad, roast duck pizza, pancake tacos, or Wagyu beef pho, each is a master of balanced flavor and texture.
The first time you come to Eat Din, try the menu suggested by the chef to embark on a culinary journey along the country from North to South with Hanoi fish cakes and bare-egg porridge,... Then move to the rooftop on the third floor, sip a cocktail and admire the Saigon market street.
Before being honored with 1 Michelin star, at the beginning of 2023, Eaton was the only restaurant in Vietnam to be in the top 50 best restaurants in Asia, worthy of your enjoyment.

Gia Restaurant
Choosing a location associated with the historical site of the Temple of Literature Quoc Tu Giam, Gia Restaurant was born with the desire to convey the core cultural values of Vietnam.
From the moment you set foot in the shop, you will be attracted by the architectural elements with bold Indochinese style with wood and dark blue-brown tones. The main dining room is a modern space with silver glass walls, painted with the image of An Nam people in daily life, creating a rustic but still extremely luxurious feeling
The menu at Gia only has about 13 dishes but will be changed continuously according to the season, changing the menu once every three months. Gia mainly uses very Vietnamese ingredients such as vegetables in the Northwest region or Giang leaves in Thai culinary culture, traditional dishes such as vermicelli, eel soup, and chicken noodles,... which is familiar, is now recreated from a completely new and interesting perspective.
Through each dish, Gia tells the story of the traditional culture of the Vietnamese people, about a cuisine that connects the past, present and future.

Tam Vi does not sell seafood flavors, Tam Vi is about finding the taste of the delicious home-cooked rice tray that my mother cooks, which are experiences of cuisine, space and peaceful things of "homemade" happiness.
The Michelin Handbook introduces diners to snail rolls served with herbs, vermicelli with fish sauce and spinach crab soup. In addition, the menu at Tam Vi has many delicious dishes to try such as braised meat, morning glory with cork sauce, tofu impregnated with onions and sour ribs...
