More than 25 years of living and working at many famous restaurants in Las Vegas have honed his skills and nurtured his great passion for steak, especially dry steak.


What sets Prime apart is that the restaurant serves more than one meal. Prime believes that when all food is prepared with enthusiasm, passion and happiness will be the best food! In other words, each dish sent to customers is the happiness of the team of chefs and Head Chef Khai Vu.

Coming to the restaurant, diners can not only enjoy any of Chef Khai Vu's delicious dishes but also enjoy the wonderful culinary journey that he has accumulated throughout his career.


To create a special, soft and juicy beef flavor, each cut of meat at Prime is always meticulously cared for and dried according to standard specifications in a meat locker with a capacity of less than 1000kg. Dry annealing is a time-honored process that gives steak a richer, softer, and juicier flavor. PRIME uses only the finest cuts of beef, aged for 45 days to 100 days in a controlled environment to break down the natural enzymes in the meat, creating a more excellent taste.



Prime is the only place in Vietnam that has beef aged for 45 - 65 - 100 days from Australia, the US, and Japan.
