Art space
The special feature of the restaurant is the murals inspired by Vietnamese promotional posters. Each painting is not only a work of art but also reflects the unique culture and history of Vietnam, creating a space that is both familiar and new. Propaganda Vietnamese Bistro is not only a restaurant, but also a place for visitors to explore Vietnamese culture through each dish. The combination of art and cuisine creates a colorful and creative space.
Traditional cuisine with modern processing
The dishes at Propaganda Vietnamese Bistro are prepared from local ingredients, combining traditional and modern cooking. The extensive menu includes broken rice, bread, vermicelli and rolls, all of which retain the typical taste of Vietnamese cuisine.
The menu, with its already famous spring rolls, noodle salad, and crispy fried rice, features simple, nutritious yet incredibly delicious dishes made with the freshest ingredients. Think of 100% local ingredients, imagine "redesigned" family food, all using only Vietnamese ingredients.
The uniqueness lies not only in the ingredients of the dishes but also in the way they are presented. The dishes are cut into bite-sized pieces, making it easy to share and enjoy, reminiscent of sushi rather than the familiar invisible large pieces of food that we are all too familiar with when served.
Banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) is made from freshly baked bread at the restaurant, some with more traditional fillings and others with their own unique fillings. Most days, they sell out in a few hours.
The signature dish "Propaganda salad" is full of nutrition with home-roasted cherry tomatoes and homemade tofu. "Chicken rice" is a delicious traditional grilled chicken dish with broken rice.
The desserts are a combination of tradition and modernity with Marou dark chocolate (the only one in Vietnam) or soursop ice cream & homemade cane sugar, bananas in crispy sticky rice and many others.
The wine menu is compiled by Vietnamese and French wine connoisseurs and selected while tasting the menu with a team of chefs (Vietnamese and foreigners). It was the most enlightening process and now we propose a small list with wines (all from the New World) that complement Vietnamese spices and sourdough. For unlimited Old World wines, we can enter the wine cellar of our sister (and neighbor) restaurant.

The staff is friendly and professional, ready to introduce and advise diners on the best options, ensuring a great culinary experience.
