One of the services loved by guests here is the dining, entertainment, shopping and beauty combinations, which were born in 2018.

Oishi Town, alley 28 Thao Dien street, is a name that is no longer strange to the community of residents in this area. The complex opened in 2018, located separately from the bustling space of Thao Dien Street, has a wooden house-style design, surrounded by green trees.

This tree-covered complex was once the place Lee Hyori visited during a performance in Vietnam in November 2023. Here, the Korean singer stopped by a yoga class and ate at a vegetarian restaurant. "The yoga garden has a lot of lush greenery and I am very happy to relax in this class," the singer shared on her personal page.

BLOQ Complex, located on Tran Ngoc Dien Street, opened in 2018, the design divides the shops into each plot with an area of 9-70 m2 separated by Recycled wall panels from containers (previous photo) to create service business areas including restaurants, cafes, bars, clothing stores, and beauty. There are about 15-20 shops in operation here. The complex is open all day, some food and beverage outlets start welcoming customers from 11 a.m., bars open at 5 p.m.

The complex is divided into three floors (back photo), arranged in a circle, with a large courtyard in the middle that can accommodate 300 guests. Each store in the complex has its own design style. The eateries here serve Korean, Indian, Mexican or Vietnamese cuisine. Some shop owners are foreigners living in Thao Dien area.

The highlight of this complex is the "water table" (pictured) in the middle of the villa yard, surrounded by green trees. This is a place where visitors sit down to drink coffee and chat.

The entrance to the backyard of the villa is filled with small shops divided by umbrellas. Compared to the above two complexes, this location has a more modest area and number of stores.
