See the city from the bridges
Da Nang is known as the city of bridges. Visitors can stroll, watch the city at night on the bridges that make up the symbol of the city such as Dragon Bridge, Han River Turnpike, Tran Thi Ly Bridge, Love Bridge. Right near the Love Bridge is a statue of carp turning into a dragon. On weekends, visitors often gather crowded at Dragon Bridge to watch dragon performances spraying water and spraying fire.
The Han River Turnpike Bridge is also a popular attraction for visitors on weekend evenings. Every Saturday and Sunday, the Han River Bridge will rotate 90 degrees from 23h to 23h30. The panoramic viewing position is at the foot of the bridge on the east bank on Bach Dang or Tran Hung Dao routes. About 15 minutes before the bridge turns, the two ends of the bridge are asked by vehicles not to move onto the bridge.
Han River cruise at night
At Da Nang marina, Bach Dang street, there are more than 15 cruise ships that are qualified and licensed to operate and transport passengers to participate in nightly Han River excursions. Cruises are usually scheduled to depart at 18h, the latest departure is at 21h.
There are two types of boat tours including river cruises and dinner combination tours. The sightseeing tour has 4 departures each evening with the time frame from 18h to 21h, each trip is one hour apart, traveling 45 minutes on the river. Ticket price is 150,000 VND per person. The tour combined with dinner has two trips per day, departing at 18h and 20h, traveling for one and a half hours on the river, ticket price 500,000 VND per person.
Guests can buy tickets at the pier or book online. On weekends with a large number of visitors, visitors should book tickets a week in advance to choose a beautiful location. Guests who have booked tickets can cancel and receive refunds with 1-2 days' notice.
See the city at night from above
Sky bar is one of the "nightlife specialties" in Da Nang. Bars are usually located on the upper floor of a building or hotel. Some places such as Altitude Pool Bar, Sky 36 bar, Brilliant Top Bar, are familiar to Danang tourists. Bars are usually open until 23h or later until they run out of customers. Da Nang also has busy night markets such as Helio night market (2/9 street, Hai Chau), Son Tra night market (Ly Nam De street intersecting with Mai Hac De, Son Tra), Thanh Khe Tay night market (Yen Khe 1 street, Thanh Khe district), Le Duan night market (144 Le Duan, Hai Chau), Hoa Khanh night market (Nguyen Canh Chan street). This is a vibrant shopping and dining paradise at night for both residents and visitors. Markets usually open from 17h and close at nearly 23h.
