Little Bear located on Nguyen Ba Huan Street means Little Bear, but according to Travel & Leisure, it's not small at all. The owner is Long Tran, co-founder of Michelin-starred GIA in Hanoi and chef Nhat Duy, American culinary award winner James Beard. One of the suggested dishes to try is fried rice with beef melon, broken beef loaf.

Pot au Prussia led by Perter Cuong Franklin, chef and founder of Anan Saigon – the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. American magazine assessed that the new restaurant will elevate pho, Vietnam's national dish, to a high level. It has 14 counter seats, a spacious bar and an open kitchen, diners can see inside the chefs at work. Black chicken noodle soup is recommended for guests when coming to the restaurant.

Multi-award-winning international chef Sam Aisbett has set foot in HCMC and opened Akuna. In Aboriginal Australia, Akuna means "running water," reflecting the restaurant's liberal philosophy as well as the ups and downs of Aisbett's 20-year career as a chef. The restaurant has 50 seats, located on the 9th floor of the Hotel Le Meridien. Garlic steamed custard, swagman bread, broken rice porridge are some of the dishes suggested by American magazines.

ST25 by KOTO bringing modern features to Vietnamese cuisine. Combined by chef Bao La (formerly head chef at Le Garcon Sai Gon in Hong Kong) and Heath Gordon (former executive chef of Park Hyatt Saigon) from Australia, the menu includes innovative dishes such as betel leaf grilled barbs, stir-fried vermicelli noodles with lamb marinated in colander. The restaurant also honored ST25 rice variety that won the title of "World's Best Rice" in 2019.

Rustling Bar Located in a villa with a large garden and outdoor open space. It is located at the end of the alley but is a popular destination thanks to its classic cocktail drinks combined with local herbs such as lemongrass, tangerine, rosemary. Their bartender was rated by American magazine as "one of the best bartending talents in town".

Dot Bar Located in District 1 is the newly reopened restaurant. Ending a successful 2023, Dot Bar returns with more space, brighter neon signs, and bolder cocktails featuring homemade spirits flavored with jackfruit and young corn. It was rated "very wallet-friendly". Classic cocktails cost from 190,000 VND, during the daily promotional hours from 17h-29h, the price of some drinks is reduced to 99,000 VND. Meanwhile, the 6 shops above are priced from $ 75 per person, according to the price list from the shop website.
