Madame Lam Restaurant

The restaurant is located in the green campus of the complex No. 10 Tran Ngoc Dien, Thao Dien. The space here is designed in the style of Indochinese architecture in the 1950s. Madame Lam is also known for her contemporary cuisine. All items on the menu use typical regional ingredients and spices. Each dish is associated with traditional stories, reminiscent of family meals such as Que Son cassava noodle soup, Saigon tray tea, grilled chicken wings.

Nestled in an alley on Hai Ba Trung Street, District 1, Noir - Dining in the Dark offers guests the experience of a meal in complete darkness. Visitors just need to relax, use their taste buds to feel the sophistication of the food and let their minds drift to the music.
Before dining, diners are asked to store bags, personal items, phones or things that may glow such as clocks and lighters in a securely locked drawer. Then came a room plunged into darkness with a visually impaired waitress.
Shadow restaurant is no stranger in many countries around the world, but this model has only come to Vietnam since 2014 founded by Mr. Vu Anh Tu, from Hanoi and a Dutch partner.

Ann Quan

This is an address specializing in serving Northern dishes in the heart of Saigon. Most of the raw materials are shipped in from the North. Diners can find simple dishes, with Northern country flavors such as snail noodles, fish noodles, vegetable soup cooked with copper crab, spring rolls, pickles, and cannon.

The highlight in the space of this restaurant is the murals with typical drawings often found in posters familiar to Vietnamese people but new to foreign guests. The dishes here use Vietnamese ingredients, the processing is refreshed but still retains the traditional flavor. The menu includes familiar dishes such as broken rice, banh mi, noodle dishes, typical rolls of Vietnamese cuisine.

The Deck Saigon Restaurant

The Deck Saigon is a restaurant combined with a bar by the Saigon River, located in the Tay Thao Dien neighborhood. The restaurant attracts visitors by its romantic space, combined with elegant furniture. The indoor area is always flooded with light with glass windows. Seating in the courtyard is traditionally designed, with wooden floors over small fish ponds, water jars and plants such as bamboo and areca.
This address also attracts visitors by the space to watch the sunset by the Saigon River. Guests can watch the sunset during the hours of 16 - 18h daily, sip wine and cocktails.

Vietnam House used to be an ancient building with colonial architecture, located at the corner of Dong Khoi and Mac Thi Buoi streets. In the 1900s, this was once the prestigious restaurant L'Imperial, frequented by successful businessmen. Currently, Vietnam House restaurant is run by famous Vietnamese-Australian chef Luke Nguyen.
The menu of the restaurant is traditional Vietnamese dishes along 3 regions that are creatively transformed. The pancakes are served with Alaskan king crab and Iberico black pork, beef stock served with crushed beans and truffles. In addition, the restaurant also offers more than 500 premium wines from all over the world.
