World-famous food website Taste Atlas update the list of the 100 best dishes in Vietnam at the end of July, as a suggestion for international diners to experience cuisine in the upcoming trip. At the top of the list are Quang noodles, a typical dish associated with the people of Quang Nam.
The noodles are made from large, flat and thick rice flour, white or yellow. Diners can eat Quang noodles with shrimp, meat, eggs, spring rolls, chicken, chicken intestines with young eggs, frogs, snakehead fish with sweet and salty broth and raw vegetables such as basil, cabbage, carcasses, and bean sprouts. Above the bowl of noodles, a piece of rice paper is usually placed to accompany it. Quang noodles are one of the favorite dishes of Vietnamese people.

Bread is the second name to appear on the list. The food website introduces Vietnamese bread with the pronunciation of "bun me", inheriting the culinary heritage of France and China. Over time, banh mi has been transformed and created by locals, now it has become a typical dish of Vietnamese people. Vietnamese bread has long been recognized as delicious around the world. On March 24, 2011, the word "banh mi" was recognized in the Oxford English Dictionary with the note "Is a sandwich of Vietnam".

As a traditional dish of the Vietnamese people, Southern beef noodle soup (stir-fried beef vermicelli) has the main ingredients including beef, vermicelli, garlic, herbs, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts and crispy roasted peanuts, fried onions.

There are many types of dipping sauces and are made according to each region or depending on the accompanying dish. Usually, dipping sauce is used to add flavor to spring rolls, rolls, meat or seafood dishes.

Spring rolls spring roll is the 9th dish on the list, is a traditional and popular dish of Vietnamese people, appearing on important occasions such as Tet. The main ingredients of the dish are pork and shrimp that are finely ground and wrapped in thin rice paper (spring rolls).
