Mid-Autumn Festival (also known as Lunar New Year) is the traditional Tet holiday of the Vietnamese people, which takes place on the Full Moon Day of August (Lunar Calendar) every year.
On this occasion, people will organize the display of the deck, look at the moon, procession of lights, lion dance, lion dance and play, dance , the children are especially excited because they will be given toys by adults, usually star lamps, masks, troop pull lights, curiosity... and get to eat baked goods, marshmallows.
When the moon is high , it is time for people to gather to break the deck and enjoy the taste of the Mid-Autumn Festival. The mid-autumn tray is to also moon and heaven and earth and pray for a good life, a good harvest and the union in the family.
