I like this course because of the Links layout which I seldom get to play.
A 2.5hrs car ride from HCM is the negative factor. I mean, this journey is even longer than the flight I took to HCM from my Country. And with only one course in the vicinity, one better appreciate and treasure the experience because it is a 5 hours to-fro jouney if you do not stay there for a night.
Indeed, the course is well maintained as like all other HCM Courses. A positive point that buggys can go in whereas the other 2 (Tan Son Nhat and Long Thanh don t allow). Beautiful scenery around the course but killer winds may affect your play especially on some of their challenging Par 3s.
The clubhouse is compact but modern and new. Restaurant serves nice food. Things like food and drinks may be expensive compared back in HCM, but I guess it s normal as it is a resort.
Would I play again? I guess the 2.5hrs ride and the premium green fee charged may be a hindering factor. Why not try other HCM courses first and see?
