Add collectionContact Information
Princess Ngoc Son shrine is a famous garden house in the ancient capital of Hue, which is attractive to tourists from all over the world. It is an isolated campus that shines in the shade of trees all year round, located in the ancient land of Gia Hoi, located to the east of Hue Citadel.
Princess Ngoc Son is the 2nd daughter of King Dong Khanh. When the princess reached the age of marriage, the king granted a plot of land of more than 2000 m2 on Nguyen Chi Thanh Street for the princess to set up her own palace.
In the house, in the middle is the altars of the Buddha and the afterlife. The interior hangs a lot of wontons, couplets, mahogany, tea cabinets, bookcases, and old cabinets, which contain many heirlooms left by previous generations. Another type of precious heritage is that the descendants living in this shrine are still trying to preserve the good traditional cultural and spiritual values of their ancestors.

An homage to learning and tradition. We loved wandering through this tranquil complex and learning about Vietnam's rich history.
